4.3 Failed Payments

4.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms for paid subscriptions are not governed by these Terms and Conditions. They are exclusively governed by the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or separate written agreement executed between you and AlgoVista at the time of, or prior to, subscription activation. In the absence of a signed MOU, all fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. User-Generated Content

The ability to upload, post, or share content on the Platform (including but not limited to files, data, reports, comments, or other materials) is available exclusively to users on active paid subscription plans. Free account holders do not have content upload or posting privileges.

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit through the Platform. By uploading content, you grant AlgoVista a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

5.2 Content Standards

You agree that any content you upload or share through the Platform will not:

• Infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Contain any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material.
• Include any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5.3 Content Removal
